Spent a decent amount of my life in and out of this specific DCF custody. They targeted my family because my mom is an ex foster child. They caused me so much psychological damage from being removed so many times I now have PTSD and attachment problems because of them. The 4th time I was removed they bounced me from a program where I was happy then moved me to a program that physically and emotionally abused me. When I brought it up to my case workers they made it seem like I was lying and never did anything about it. I’ve been trying to sue but unfortunately I’ve been told “no lawyer will take the case”. It’s not “Department of Children and Families” it’s “Destroying Children and Families”

DCF lies and gaslight and destroy families and lies someone should stop letting them traffic children through strangers homes and not offering therapy since that’s the opposite of helping children or families.

They should be shut down. They don’t do their jobs nor ever will. This whole system revolves around money they don’t care about kids at all.

The only normal case worker there is JJ O'Neil =Jonathan O'Neil. If he is even there still. Report to the state representative in your district and governor. Be persistent until you get answer. But be diplomatic at all times and firm. Or petition in court. Judge James Torney in Orleans is a good judge. Fair.

First off, I think that there are PLENTY of people that want things to change. What sucks...there are so few people in the DCF program, yet they have case loads of children that unfortunately, do not get the attention they deserve. My advice, you keep going...start with local, and then the state. There are so many things that are going on right now. However, change only happens when there is persistence. Good luck, and God bless
