You can download app called Google Rewards. It's an opinion survey where you get paid for your honest feedback. I don't think it's the same thing as you're asking, but if you travel, drive, walk around a lot - it really pays! Make sure to link to your PayPal so it goes into your bank when you cash out! 😁 otherwise, I have not seen anything like you described here in the past 4 years that I have lived here.

That's at Christown Mall. They walk around it sometimes and do surveys w people.

There use to be, I did one about 15 years ago there. There were people walking around with clipboards asking if you wanted to take a survey. Then they took us down a hallway to an office in the back. Mine was for yogurt. They gave us several samples and had us rate them. I belive I got $20 for it.
