They have a person at the door to make sure that everyone has a mask on before they enter. Also there's mask available if you don't have one and hand sanitizer available and the person who's watching the door is not the person who cleans the carts individual who cleans the cards after every use.
I don't shop there alot but my 15yr old likes it for certain things so that's normally when I'm in the store. As I recall my son purchased some headphones that were defective and for us to even get store credit we needed the receipt. Luckily, as a single dad I ALWAYS KEEP RECEIPTS for at least 3 months or so. So, basically they do require a receipt for returns. At least that's my experience. Good luck and God Bless.
