Yes in all the stores that I have gone to , unfortunately all dressing rooms are closed, due to this pandemic .
Dressing rooms are closed yes, see what the return policy is before buying if you can't try it on .
The mall was packed while I was there. The only business I saw shut down where in the food court.
The stores that I've gone into are, I would think all are closed but I'm not sure if 100% of the stores at Arizona Mills are.
