Linda in the fitting rooms was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said, "I guess you guys don't realize there is a women's fitting room huh?" I said if its an issue we can go to another fitting room. Her response was it's fine. Another woman walked in and she said nothing. Half the fitting rooms in the store are closed, so not sure why she needed to have such a negative attitude. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else where they aren't so rude to their customers. I know I will.

My opinion is that there is too much feminine clothing and underwear away first. Please move those further away from the front.

The store at Tempe Marketplace has the BEST sales associate - Tina. Tina was genuinely pleasant and patient. I hate to shop. Tina calmed my nerves, suggested a promotion to lower my cost by 30%, and thanked me for shopping at the store. All that while the store was packed with bargain shoppers. Thank you, Tina. I'll be back.

Wow Kate, I both feel and understand your frustration and have encountered the same difficulties. I called theit corporate offices and asked if they could make their sure more customer friendly but honest doubt it did any good. Maybe if they get more complaints and requests? Good luck to you.
