The three course pasta dish. Probably 90% of the patrons order it as either a middle course or as their main dish. Each night it is unique and bottomless. A very nice mix the night we were there. The Caesar salad that accompanies the entrees is definitely something the restaurant prides themselves on (rightly so). I personally had the pork (my wife had the pasta entree) pulled after cooking in a beer and I was in no way disappointed.
A unique three-pasta combination is offered, either as an entree, or between the appetizer and main course. Diners on eirher side of us enjoyed this and raved about it.
