You get a plate and servers come by and place a bit of each of the 3 pastas. You eat, they ask you if you want more, and they bring more out. Repeat until you're good.

You can ask for another serving. As far as how much, I am not sure.

Servers come to table when you request more pasta. It's unlimited.
