Is the trail free to use and does neighborhood summer valley have access through the niegborhood?

Are dogs allowed on leases to walk also?

Trail is free to walk around if you do not park in the lot. Will need the pass for Aurora/Quincy Reservoir for that. Residents in Aurora have a discount as well on that. There is only 1 entrance off Quincy, I use to live on the otherside and maps says there is another entrance but that is incorrect. It is fenced off all the way around except main entrance.

Some of the residents had access in the past, I'm not sure. I live on the wrong side of the road. I know even the Aurora parks pass is not valid at reservoirs
