Is there handicap parking at the elbow room?

This is located in West Hartford Center and while I believe there are some handicapped spots most of the parking is on street and in dedicated lots. Either way you're likely going to have to walk a short distance

There are a couple of handicapped space on the street in front. Might be a walk of a couple hundred yards. There's a public lot in back with handicapped spaces. That's going to be a bit further of a walk.
