Eric, the name of the game is gambling and a lot of gambers smoke. I am not sure about all casinos. I don't smoke and their is a hint of smoke. There is a good job of air exchangers.
I wouldn't know because I don't smoke, and it wouldn't be my concern. My opinion is that all casinos should be smoke free, it's nasty having to spend my hard earned money to leave the casino smelling like an ash tray!
