Took a trip to Colorado and called several hotels for rooms. Each one told us someone online beat us to last room. Then 5 months later took trip to Vegas & booked my room online. Someone had called in and reserved so mine was moved to different part of hotel. Everywhere is different, but Vegas still prefers one on one with customer service at front desk
You're better off calling.
I agree with everyone...Better to callπ. And, when you Do get ahold of someone... Mention your unanswered email (save it as proofππ) & maybe you'll get a nice comp or at least tickets to a nice show or buffet πππππππππ.
A direct call is usually your best bet. Speaking with a live operator will get your questions answered in a timely manner.
Yes anytime we have anything to do with a resort anywhere we are vacationing it is better to call you will get a better response and some times they might give you comps or upgraded rooms...thats sometimes
I would reach out until i got ahold of somebody at the resort, also phone calls probably work better than emails, hope you were able to straighten out.
I was there Wednesday had a great time.. Sorry you didn't get a response..
Calling is tbe best way
I didn't have any trouble, probably have to call them. Usually have some kind of deal. Nice and centrally located
