Im the piercer here at Piercing Vegas. I have been piercing for 25 years professionally and I use internally threaded implant grade titanium barbells for the piercings. I pride myself on using quality equipment and jewelry along with a positive piercing experience. Its roughly $90 for both nipples (upgrades are available), you may find cheaper elsewhere but it will be tough to find better.
I had them done once, many years ago somewhere else. Had to take them out for a surgery. When I get them done again, Piercing Vegas will be the place!
No, no one at this time, however we do know some who have who eventually had to remove jewelry due to complications, the piercings were not done here tho, they were all done at different places, all had same problems arise
