Don't know for sure I'd call them I don't want to give u the wrong answer.
In Clark County, Its legal over the age of 16, with parent consent and the parent has to be present. ...but im unsure of this particular shops policy. I would lean towards them NOT tattooing minors.
All the staff are very friendly and would surely answer any questions you have if you call the shop. They should be answering phones around noon, maybe 1 at the latest.

That is a great question... I would call and make an appointment regardless. They would have more concise info. I know they often book thier artists based on appointments, but there is also a couple artists there all the time.
