hello, I'm not sure how much a septume is but when I went onto their online website there was an add with the head piercer nick "$40.00 piercings" I just went in to get a helix piercing done by Johnny who pierced my industrial (highly recommend Johnny) and it really was $40.00 plus some tax and a tip
