I work at this studio and I can tell you for sure the answer is no. There are too many risks with it that could cause him to lose his license and that is something he would never risk. It's worth doing your research on and asking why this piercing is highly refused so you dont make a mistake in letting someone do it and cause major damage.
He seems like a pretty smart and reputable piercer so I would hope not, as that is one of the worst and most illogical pericings to get.
