You can call the corporate HQ to complain they will for sure straighten it out!!!! Be sure to save your receipt for the store # , the persons' name that took/gave you your order (troublemaker)?
I go through the drivethur and always end up going back in because the order is usually wrong---WHY!!

I know right! I have the same issues there! But all u need to do is talk to the managers and they will make it better! Also some of the workers will too! Its sad that the few bad apples the have there makes the whole place look bad!
