Yes. This is a walk-in basis place. You will just need to bring ID and a wedding license. Wedding license are applied for downtown or online and picked up downtown through the county. Ohio does not have a waiting period.

I was married there in April. We made an appointment ahead of time, so I'm not sure if they accept walk-ins or not.
