Kyra, the relocation counselor, was the best part of my moving experience with Planes. From the day of pick up it was one hardship after another. The pick-up crew driver no call no showed, so my pick up began 5 hours after the original window. On delivery day, the movers pushed my window back by 4 hours the day off. This caused me to have to pay an overtime fee due to going over the allotted time I agreed on with my building (which was based on the original time window the moving crew gave me). When the movers finally arrived, they claimed the bed could not be assembled. They left the mattress on the floor inside the outer bed frame. Kyra was able to request a compensation check on my behalf to repay me for the late fee, and she also sent someone back to my building to finish assembling my bed. Though I wouldn’t under any circumstances recommend this company based on the service they provided, I can say that I’m most pleased with customer service. Kyra is the reason I’m giving 2 starts instead of 1.
