I was married there, they let me take my paperwork back to the clerk that day. In fact the clerk referred me to them. Everything was done in minutes in front of us. If you don't ask to return it, they will return it for you free.
I am not sure what paper work you are referring to. They do officiate weddings and issue marriage licenses.
I think they mail the paperwork to the courthouse for you.
Yes, the license you purchase has a place they fill in info and usually they mail in. Im a nurse so i need to make sure its done to get copy's to mail into state board for a name change. I was wondering if they would do it right then.
