I personally had an excellent experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff who also seemed eager to be helpful. I can say with certainty the store is not commission based so there is no strong arm here… It’s a place with good financing options, relatively wide selection of solid woods and other engineered and vinyl plank coverings. Worth a visit!

Little selections and no assistance

Had flooring installed in February, took months to complete, they didn't install the floor correctly, they damaged the flooring during install, baseboards they installed are already coming off the walls and don't meet the floor. Transitions were not installed correctly and have already pulled out. It's been months with back and forth phone calls and emails with no help. I'd stay away from having any work done through lumber liquidator
