The overall experience was good. The language barrier with the installer was frustrating on both ends. I called and text Gabe and he immediately addressed the issue and came to the property and worked with installers. My flooring is beautiful and look forward to updating my bathrooms. I feel comfortable working with America's Floor Source on that project also.

If I had any questions, he responded quickly with the answers I needed. Their installers were fantastic and really nice guys. Rich also arranged to have flooring repaired in my new home. Our Columbus East campus has 3 buildings. Our Corporate Office and 2 showrooms. The Design Center Showroom features a main entrance and a B2B entrance. Our Design Center Showroom and Outlet & Clearance Centers are open to homeowners, DIYers, general contractors, home builders (and their clients), commercial clients, interior designers, realtors, and more. Our Outlet & Clearance Centers building is located next to our main showroom. It will be on your left as you enter the parking lot.

Our installers are sub-contractors but many of them have worked with us for years. We have more than 30+ crews that have worked with us for over 20 years, since the company’s inception. Our custom area rug team is in-house. This team custom cuts, binds, hand-stitches (when needed), and installs all our specialty area rugs and stair runners. We are committed to helping the flooring trades grow and improve. We are proud to provide support to our subcontractors through hands-on training, new techniques and technology, and certification programs with flooring industry experts.
A limited selection of our in-stock products is featured at AmericasFloorSource.com. All products on the site are available for in-store pick-up and/or local delivery. All hard surface and transition products are available for nationwide shipping. In store, we carry a wide range of brands and products; from flooring material and transitions to carpet pad and underlayment.
