Don't believe the warranty! I have a new home that had moisture damage, cupping the wood floors. I hired 50 floors to sand and finish the hickory, covering must of the main floor of my home. The floors were beautiful, and the main attraction of my house. The workers åpplied stain to the floors which previously had only clear coats. The stain was not spread out in one area, which looks like spill, and in many areas the floor looks dark and/orsmokey, like it needs to be scrubbed!! The edges were not prepped right and are also darkened. I wanted exactly what I had for finish, and made that clear every step of the way. The floors were shiny and bright and now matte, darkish, and unevenly stained. Although the wood was not prepped/finished properly nor the color/sheen they once were, 50 floors will not stand behind their workmanship. The sub contractor, when they saw the problem, originally said they would redo the floors, but they are not getting "approval" from 50 floors, so they have not been back. 50 floors manager came out once, said another manager would need to see the floors, this never happened. Now they said its a "color preference" issue and have not returned my messages for several weeks. IF they ever come to the table, the solution means added sanding to my original hardwoods. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I had carpet put in 3 bedrooms by this company. I wanted a patterned carpet in which they tried to talk me out of because it's harder to install. When the I installers showed up they were subcontractors. We couldn't communicate accept through the Spanish translator app on my phone. They weren't prepared to move the furniture that the man who quoted me said they would move. I helped them move the furniture from one room to another so they could get the job done. When they finished the master bedroom they put the mattress down in the floor and started on the next room. I lifted the mattress and there was a stain underneath it and also the carpet was crooked. I noticed this the next day when my new bedroom furniture came. I called management who returned my call the next day. He said they could come back and tear the whole room out when they ordered some more carpet. I couldn't do that because the new furniture was extremely heavy. Also It was almost impossible to communicate with the installers.So he said he would take $200 off the price of over$3000. I didn't want to make waves so I accepted and then he proceeded to snicker and say" I thought you would have asked for more off." I was extremely offended. I still have a huge stain and crooked carpet. Keep in mind I did nail down hardwood floors for over 15yrs. This was a terrible experience for me and my family.

Very efficient and polite. The floors are great. My only complaint is they left caulk on furniture and some scratches on furniture.
