Run down vacation rentals, run down laundry facilities, outside grounds aren't very user friendly for relaxation. Area is somewhat walkable but you have to go a ways before finding a better area for food or beverage.

We rented one of these condos as an Airbnb from the 11th-14th of May. They were super clean and fully stocked with anything you could want. And I really liked that the parking garage was covered and in a secure location. The swimming pool was very clean as well. Did not get a chance to visit the gym.
