You have such bad customer service. No way to chat to an agent. No way to talk to an agent. Increase my bill payment from $36 to $60 at the end of my billing cycle. I want to change from Go GIG to Unlimited. And there is no way to do it. Now I can not use your service. I need to cancel your service immediately!

No. I had to get their "pod". Kinda creates a mesh network. I work in pc/home automation/stereo world. It works & am pretty happy, BUT, getting it was difficult. The local store doesn't know/care except Joshua(tall guy) he listens. I ended up calling the AZ customer service after a week
