The crew that came in to replace the carpet were excellent. They always asked before moving items in areas they were not sure of. They had no issues moving items around from room to room and the carpet looks amazing. You can tell they were very experienced in their craft which is hard to find these days.

Yes – just ask. We store these in the warehouse. This location has a small clearance section in the back of the showroom. For a larger remnant selection and even more clearance products, visit our Outlet and Clearance Centers (3374 Millennium Ct, Columbus, OH 43219). They have a large selection of products that sell fast and rotate often.
Our installers are sub-contractors but many of them have worked with us for years. We have more than 30+ crews that have worked with us for over 20 years, since the company’s inception. Our custom area rug team is in-house. This team custom cuts, binds, hand-stitches (when needed), and installs all our specialty area rugs and stair runners. We are committed to helping the flooring trades grow and improve. We are proud to provide support to our subcontractors through hands-on training, new techniques and technology, and certification programs with flooring industry experts.
