Waited 2.5 hrs at morse n high location after being told 1 hr wait result was in email less than 15 min later. Feel they need to allow preregistration and give a time period to show up in lot to wait 2.5 hrs on a 20° day means starting and restarting car or leaving it run....

I called to confirm they would be open until 6pm. We arrived at 5:51 after driving for 45 minutes to get tested. They refused to test my daughter!!!! Unacceptable!!!!
