It depends. The most important component of treatment is the safety and well-being of patients. Visitation is encouraged to offer support. Newly released patients are encouraged to work on their own treatment and concentrate on their specific needs to successfully navigate obstacles.
Columbus Springs, you said Visitation is encouraged in this post. What right do you have legally to keep my husband secluded from me just because of a germ that a foreign country gave the entire world? That is inhumane as well as unprofessional and does not induce benefits to any patient's recovery to cut off the patient's outside support. I live 60 miles North of your facility, but given 1 minute to see my husband would mean the world to both me AND him and I would drive the hour just for one minute to see him at ease and feeling better.
