To play Lazer tag, child must be able to hold the Lazer gun without help or any assistance fr.anyone. No age was stated on list of rules when I was recently there.
There is no height or age requirement for laser tag. They just have to be old enough to not get themselves or others hurt. They will let parents accompany their young children to allow them to play safely or watch them from a corner of the room.
There are groups for smaller kids, like 5 yrs old or so, but usually they are mixed with older kids. I don't remember seeing a rule for ages but all games are restricted by hight.
