Place claim COVID clean. As in reviews from months previous, it's STILL under remodel. Ac/heater filters were GROSS. Didn't look ever cleaned. It's a dump

Where to start? Check in was easy, but after leaving the front desk things went downhill. First, the elevator doors are so dirty and when inside it smelt like cigar or cigarette smoke. When I got to the room, I noticed that the shower curtains and the curtains that covered the balcony door had stains on them. Next, there was no light bulb in one of the lamps. Thinking of taking a shower? Nope, there was no hot water and I was not made aware that there wasn’t going to be any. Left to go to the store and the side doors weren't even lock from the outside which meant no security.The following day the hotel turned off the water without noticed. I had to use the restroom and couldn't flush nor wash my hands. Upon check out I told the front desk lady of all the problems and they told me to call hotels.com (which is what I used to book the hotel) and hotel.com reported that none of these issues were brought up during the stay, which is not true. Couldn't get a refund or even a partial refund on the stay. Will never go back to that hotel.

Good place to stay if you are stopping for the night. Rooms are large and clean. The have a refrigerator and there is an ice machine on 1st floor.

Horrible hotel. Mix ups every which way. Cable TV has been out for 2 days, refrigerators have to be stolen from one room to accommodate the other, fridge can barely fit a milk carton, microwaves are scarce. No one answers the phone. Housekeeping is lacking bigtime. Renovations have eliminated all services I feel like im in a prison cell.
