They do lessons as well as free swims. You should call and ask about teams
Sure, as long as girls pass the tryout of the swim team.
As for swim teams, I'm not really sure, but I do know they have lessons for all ages. It would be easier and more accurate to call them/go in person to ask them instead though. Sorry if this didn't help you very much!
