I have to say as someone who just moved in, that most of those who work here are not just efficient, knowledgeable but also friendly and courteous. They seem to treat their work as a way to fulfill their calling as "humans" created in God's image and likeness.

Daphne the Reflections director at the East Meadow Bristal is unbelievably rude. I had questions about the Bristals memory care for my mother and I could hear her attitude through the phone. She was also very dismissive and most questions I asked her only reply was “I don’t know” I don’t really think she’s fit to be the reflections director.

VERY unprofessional definitely wouldn’t recommend, staff members constantly forgetting requests being made and very impatient with the residence. Definitely recommend more food choices, a women was extremely rude when asking a question and another staff member cleaning constant on his phone! highly not recommend!! Only 2 stars for actually taking pro caution in this covid pandemic!

My Dad has been at the Bristal in East Meadow for about a year (during the pandemic). I cannot say enough how smoothly and efficiently the move was. My siblings and I were a little apprehensive at first about how he would handle living in an assisted living facility. The staff were very attentive to his needs from minute one. He has made many friends and is constantly engaged. We're happy because he's happy and thriving. Abdul and Gina have been a delight to work with and have been so accommodating. Can't say enough amazing things about the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!!
