Incredibly unprofessional doctors and staff. Very rude and poor experience by several loud mouthed responses echoing throughout the store of my personal business by the African American doctor with gray hair and glasses who was insanely rude and belligerent. Terrible handling of billing, insurances, and overall customer service. If I could give them no stars I would. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Bad experience! Customer service lady has to go; has a bad attitude and is ripping you off; waited 3 months for 2 pair of glasses; they messed up the order and had to retake the eye test; on the phone, they kept me 15 min just to tell me, my glasses are not ready. Stay away, will never go to them!

A lot of time, patience and multiple calls and voicemails for them to call you back. If you go through medical insurance, expect extended wait time for delivery
