I was told by a visitor who came into my basement that I have toxic black mold there. I went on line looking to get experts to my basement and was able to get someone from Servproeastmeadowwestbury there within less than 24 hours. I was expecting to get robbed by this company to charge me an arm and a leg. Fortunately, Tyler from Servpro showed up at my house and looked through every part of my basement. Tyler informed me that he did not find any mold in my basement and that there is no need to do anything. Tyler did not charge me any money to come do this inspection. I was so relieved. If I ever need to hire a company for any cleanup or restoration problem, I will only call Servpro. I'm proud of my integrity, which isn't seen in society that much any more, but Tyler and Servpro have integrity too, which I must let everyone else know about too. I can only leave a five star review, but if I could have left a fifty star review I would have given them at least ten thousand stars. Thanks again for your honesty and not taking advantage of people!

NICK BURFORD is a Truly Professional Electrician who provided me with Fast, Emergency Electrical Assistance and Service. The situation at my Apartment in Manhattan was unexpected and uniquely difficult, requiring speed, knowledge and certainty. “ARSDKELECTRIC” (.Com) is a Top Flight, Highly Experienced, Generationally & Family owned Master Electrician’s Service Company. (* Unfortunately, the Google Review Options do NOT List Electric Services. So I am ‘Listing’ it in my Review here.) Briefly, I owned a Cooperative that I was selling. The owner I purchased it from over 20 years ago had reconfigured the Unit, moving the Kitchen to create a walk in closet with a large additional alcove. When he did this, he only Capped the Main Gas Line without attaching a “Cut Off Valve”. When the owner moved the Kitchen he used top quality electric Cooktop instead of running a new gas line to the new location for a gas Range. For 20 years I assumed it was very simple to just reconnect the Gas Line to the New Gas Range I had already bought. This would have been relatively easy 10-20 years ago. However, these days… It is a nightmare to do. Requiring City Permits, shutting down the entire building’s Gas Risers and far more. Bottom Line, I needed a new, Real Electric Range. This required a lot of highly technical work in order to meet Standards, provide enough Amps and pass Inspection for the new buyer. Time was of the essence. Suffice it to say that Nick worked for 12 hours straight into the Night, returning the next morning to be certain that all Systems were even better and above standards. Nick, Thank You for saving my deal and my life. I cannot recommend any electrician more highly. He got it done ! Gratefully, Eric M Lustgarten.

Had a burst pipe and my garage was soaked. Called Servepro and got a call back from Ahran in minutes, he came right over while the adjuster was still there. They were able to go over all the things that needed to be done (tearing out of damage sheet rock, areas to dry (there were many), removal and storage of personal effects, etc…). The crew was in there the next day. Everyone was professional and courteous. The drying went on for about 10 days, and through the process Ahran was always available and always helpful….they made a tough situation go that much more smoothly. Highly recommended!

The ceiling of our 3 year old condo was ruined by a major leak from the upstairs neighbor's washing machine. A large area needed to be replaced (see photo). A Servpro crew came within a few days to tear down the ceiling and insulation. They then left large fans and a dehumidifier running for several days to dry everything thoroughly to avoid mold. Their prompt action prevented mold from forming. The project manager, Tyler, and every member of the crew was very professional, did a fabulous job, and were a pleasure to deal with. The re-construction team headed by Frank were the same. Frank communicated with us every step of the way, the new ceiling looks perfect, and every crew member was cordial and cooperative. The electrician, Gary, did a great job re-installing our chandelier and lights, and was exceptionally nice to have around. I recommend Servpro without reservation, 5 stars, 100%.
