I believe you have to go to Housing Court and fill out a form, that is called "to show cause" to the Judge, which means a reason to stop the eviction and then I believe you have to serve a notice to, one the landlord and one to the Marshall. But go the Housing Court ASAP, there are people who can answer this question and help you fill out the forms. Good luck.

First you have to bring whatever documents were left stating an eviction before the courts. They will find the docket number and then you will be able to file an order to show cause on why the eviction should be terminated or prolonged with all supporting documents. The judge will review all supporting documents and if all documents support your argument, they will grant a stay of eviction and place the case on calendar to go before the courts.
