Their policy is no homeless. It's wrong, and I don't agree at all with discrimination. However, you can get a NYC ID for free & whether you're in NY legally or not. Go to the Madison Ave library. Or say you're currently staying with relatives here in NYC. Don't show up w/ tons of bags...security will toss you out. If this fails try getting help at The Bridge. Good luck & God bless P.S.
