No it's not a damn shelter it's a residence they have S.R.O.'s single room occupancy this place is great if u r junkie and have no Ambition in life ....this place is the perfect place for these kind of ppl if u have ambition do not move here!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the clarification. The reason I asked was because I saw a news report that a 65 year old man was fatally stab there, and the news said that it was a homeless man that did it. And also, I think they mentioned that it was a homeless shelter, but the way that you've explained it, l think that the news wasn't too far off the mark. SRO's, some not all, usually resemble homeless shelters.
