Its open now until 3:30 for free during the week...not sure about weekends. After Memorial Day its open Full time $8.00 a car for the beach all day. Hope this helps.
My question is when did that change? Because I always thought it was full day not this 3:30 thing???
The only thing I would add is that the fee "season" is Memorial Day to Labor Day.
