As far as the cost of dog spays, it is different at every hospital. You should call around to the vets in your area. They can give you an accurate estimate based on your dog's age and weight. The best place to have your dog spayed is at the veterinary clinic you take her to for routine care as you have an established relationship with them and they know you and your dog the best. If cost is an issue for you the Ayres shelter in Sprakers has a low cost spay neuter clinic and there is also a good program at the APF shelter in Scotia. Thank you for getting your dog spayed, there are too many dogs in shelters that need homes.

Go to Howes Caves animal hospital. They are cheaper and better. Take better care of your animals too.
