@Eva Rodriguez: How do you make appointment online? I tried calling for a few days, different numbers and couldn't reach one person to schedule an appointment.
You have to call them or go online to make an appointment and them they call you back with instructions or requirements to solve your request. I know it's annoying right now because of covid everything its delay or slow attention
