No appointment is needed.go early if you want to leave early . Pls after two weeks call to find out if your name.is in cause I did my twice .waited 3weeks then called they didn't see my information .so I did it allover and it came in one.week later .
Walked right in was done in under an hour. Earlier you go the shorter your time there. Upon exiting there was a line outside the building.
