Yes when you make your first appointment with a doctor that's when you have to give them $250 but if they get your medical records I think it's 280 or a might still be 280 you have to call them and set up an appointment first and they will tell you the price

No. That is not the case, simply call set up appointment they will email you, forms that you need to fill out ahead of time. If you want to make things smoother you will bring your own paperwork from your history, of diagnosis. When you get to your appointment, they will then askew if you would like to pay oh, the full amount of 280, or set you up for a payment plan. That was my experience for days ago. I don't know what anyone else is experience was like oh, but they are super friendly extremely helpful.
