The man that answered was very disrespectful and unintelligent. will be switching providers for my next renewal, somewhere more professional.
Seance Dance

$290, unless you are a Veteran and then it's only $220. $50 to the State unless you are a veteran and then it's $25
Cash only!!!
Yes it's one of the 21 qualifying conditions that make you a candidate
Yes
Does not accept insurance as of right now
No, it's yearly! If you're a veteran it's $220 for the Doc Visit (can get a payment plan) (bring $75 up front). If not regular price is $290. Then $50 to the state or $25 if you're a Veteran or Indigent.
Erin Brown, depression and anxiety are life altering illnesses. They affect the way we think, feel and live. They can lead to PTSD and sadly, even suicide. I definitely think those should be on the list! I've struggled with both for 10 years and have been on medicine. I know the side effects of being off of them with no alternate treatment. It put me in the hospital. The studies I've read regarding the benefits of medicinal marijuana for depression and anxiety is very persuasive. Really hoping that they will become added to the list.
$280 for the appointment. $50 for the card (if they approve you)
There is a list of 21 illnesses that qualify. Go to Ohio medical marijuana card it should tell you everything.
Just have to see the Doc again!
No, as long as you have medical records showing the diagnosis (such as the dx history page from mychart) I hope this helps
Make a appointment and talk to the people(nurses and doctors) they will help you
HIV/AIDS Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease) Alzheimer’s disease Cancer Chronic traumatic encephalopathy Crohn’s disease Epilepsy or other seizure disorder Fibromyalgia Glaucoma Hepatitis C Inflammatory bowel disease Multiple sclerosis (MS) Pain: either chronic, severe, or intractable (difficult to manage) Parkinson’s disease Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Sickle cell anemia Spinal cord disease or injury Tourette’s syndrome Traumatic brain injury Ulcerative colitis https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/drugs/16306-medical-marijuana-ohios-law-
Most likely, yes. You have to have proof. X-ray's, mri, anything that shows proof.
We had a new doctor scheduled to start today, and he cancelled at 10:30 last night. We will be reopening next week. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Right now our special is $110. We have appointments available this week! Call us today and one of our patient support representatives can help you.
Do you have anything that states your qualifying condition - TBI? If so, that is all you need. We can even use your online portal if you have one.
Hi Perry. Thank you for reaching out. You can check the list of qualifying conditions via our website and see if you qualify for medical marijuana. If you bring medical records to your appointment but aren't approved, you will get your money back. Refer to this link to find the qualifying conditions in Ohio. https://www.ohiomarijuanacard.com/qualify-for-ohio-marijuana-card
Hi Randy! You don't need a recommendation from a doctor, you just need to make an appointment with us. However, you should bring any relevant medical records so one of our doctors can better assess your situation. Let me know if that helps and if you have any other questions!
Look at the list of conditions (ones the patient must have, that you make ELIGIBLE). Then if you meet the qualifications or conditions listed, you make an appointment. The doc will review your medical history, etc. The determination will be made then. I hope that helps.
This place is just to get your license. There are more 'Dispensaries' than Cleveland. Go to Leafly.com to get locations, strain info, and more. Make sure though to go directly to the Dispensaries website, like 'the Botanist' to get up to date menus.
Not yet but they're ready to open the moment they get their permit. Akron is making them jump through hoops to get their permit. It's going to be on Summit Street and it's called "The Botanist" they have locations in Canton and Willoughby that's open already.
Matt is probably right really do think you need medical records showing your condition.. But don't hurt to call & ask.. Good luck 🤞
You don't need referral but you will need medical records to substantiate your medical issue...just call and they will give you all the info...very nice and helpful people
I don't know? My guess if its irretractable (not easily managed/governed by other medication) , you'll have to have a paper from your primary doctor saying something like that. My guess..
And the 4th time
The card applies to both thc and cbd products. As far as testing, an employer could still fail you for testing positive as there is no current legislation preventing them from doing so.
Yes they all of it in store
You need papers that are within 2 years of your diagnosis
Yes cronic pain is one of the qualifing conditions, and they send you a link to your email so you can print it out and/ or download it to your device. I did both so I had a hard copy in case something happens to my phone.
Damn...you need to work with the dispensary for the right recommended strain combo.
U have to pay for it the card just makes it legal for you to use
As long as you have something from your doctor's office stating chronic pain yes
Total $330. Plus they charge u for the med witch I think impossible $48 and $50
They can usually get you in quick but you may have a week wait to see someone
you can have obtainany of your records by the doctors that treated you or you can just schedule an appointment with a marijuana doctor and they can file for your paperwork
If it causes you to have constant pain you should be able to get the card
No they gave very knowledgeable staff
Your chances are high. If you have your doctor records to prove your symptoms, you will be eligible. If you don't smoke, they have different opinions such as a pill form, etc.
Yes
Any record from another doctor will work just fine
All I did was fax my xrays and MRI to Akron Doc. In and out with my card
Yes!
Absolutely Marquis. We are only human and we are meant to be peaceful, loving, comfortable in our being. You are qualified. Best wishes and good luck!
Yes Cash Credit Debit all accepted at the Akron Office just paid with Debit a couple weeks ago so for sure you are good there
Insurance does not cover it at this time. That is why there is a cost of $280.00.
Yes when you make your first appointment with a doctor that's when you have to give them $250 but if they get your medical records I think it's 280 or a might still be 280 you have to call them and set up an appointment first and they will tell you the price
h
You will have to call your doctor to let him or her know.
I agree with you you should not have to do that, but like I said check with your doctor first. And if that can't help you then pay the 100 dollar and get it to make your self comfortable I hate to see anyone in pain.
Yes they accept payments on the 280
They have payment plans if your on ssd
