If you have the time and like to stroll, fee parking exists about four blocks in any direction from Penn Square (exact center of the city and close to Central Market.) The nice thing about parking out and walking is you don't pay to park, you get some exercise and depending on where you park, you will pass many interesting shops to investigate. Cental Market is nice, but there are so many other things to see, do and buy in downtown Lancaster. Don't give any more money to the parking authority than absolutely necessary!

You can park along the streets if there is room, it costs a little bit though. You pay at kiosks along the road. There are also a few parking garages within walking distance
