The market is located only on the ground floor, no steps and doors look wide enough to accommodate a wheel chair. But it does get very packed like a N Y subway at rush hour, so making way will take time, even with the courteous folks at this market.

I would like to add that some doorways have stairs. However, it won't take long to find one without. There is handicapped parking close by. As Richard said, try to go at non-peak times to avoid high traffic; this is for your sake. Lunch hour is busiest time.
