There are several restaurants next to the market. And many things you can buy inside the market to eat on benches outside.
Yes depending on what you like
Not in the market but at the restaurants around. Or you can get something from all the venders and its like a full course meal.
You can order a full course meal but I recommend you buy Goods to go crowded and hot to eat there
Right now with covid you are not allowed to eat at the market. There are tables outside where you can sit and eat. Depending on what you want they offer all different types of food. I wouldn't really consider any a full course meal though.
Not really but you can piece a meal together and find a spot at one of the few tables or outside.
No, it's a farmers market. There are stands to get coffee, tea, sandwiches, candy, meats, cheeses etc etc. It's not a restaurant. As mentioned there are a bunch of places withing 3 blocks to sit down and eat. If you're not familiar with Lancaster look into Annie Bailies and Tellus 360 and the pressroom!
