I'm not a doctor but you may want to check with a Dermatologist and your personal doctor's.

I would suggest seeing a dermatologist about your problem. They may have just what you need. Request an African-American if that makes you more comfortable.

That could be signs of alopecia.... You should see a Dermatologist
