It's really neat theater old school. Nice area also great places to eat nearby. The National Zoo is right down the street from there.
Please be aware that there is no stadium seating
If you are going into the big theater at the Avalon (they have a smaller one, too), be sure to look up at the ceiling. It is really neat.
