Over three decades as a member and have mostly positive experiences. Online can be challenging. Mobile Check deposit never works. Reinstall does not enable it. Basic services are ok. Customer service is usually polite and efficient.

Horrible experience so far trying to get a membership that is REQUIRED for my mortgage refinance. My closing has already been delayed due to this. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to apply for membership separately from the loan process itself. It should be included in the mortgage application without separate action.
