It is a nice size, but most tours will not fill it. When I was there the lower level was used, but not full.
The theater itself is not big but there is a whole museum dedicated to Lincoln, the civil war, emancipation and the plot to assassinate Lincoln below the theater
The theater itself holds around 1700 people and has multiple balconies although the top balcony is no longer used for seating as it holds stage lights. There is a large museum underneath the theater that contains allot of exhibits as well.
Nice size
It's not a huge place. The museum has lots to see and do so leave plenty of time to explore!
