How do we get in touch with embassy personnel when no one is available to take calls??

Never had any luck talking to a live person all these years! I think it's ridiculous that not one person can take care of phone calls!

They do take calls...but it's the same staff who is working in the front ..try calling around 4 pm..you will get lucky
